| It has
been my honor to serve as your Councilman and Mayor for the last 8 years
and I’m asking for your support to allow me to continue this service. It
is always our goal to operate an open and honest government – one that
is ethical, efficient, and enhances the lives of our citizens and I
commit to you that we will remain dedicated to providing a healthy,
economically-viable, and most importantly, a safe environment for you to
live and work. Named the “Happiest City in Georgia” two years in a row. Consistently ranked as one of the “Top 10 Safest Cities in Georgia.” One of the “Best Suburbs to Raise a Family” in Georgia. We have not raised the millage rate in the 8 years I have been in office. We work with neighboring local governments in the 74 Gateway Coalition to preserve the integrity of the 74 Corridor. We are currently working on infrastructure challenges so we can improve the downtown corridor. We have invested in significant improvements to our parks for the enjoyment of our citizens. We have become more aggressive in our resurfacing projects. We are committed to golf-cart path improvement and expansion. Best regards, Eric Dial |
